Our Clinical Qigong Diploma is run from the UK College of Qigong in the heart of Staffordshire.

Prerequisite: Completion of the Clinical Qigong Practitioner Certificate (part 1). This Clinical Qigong Diploma Course is part 2.
The Clinical Qigong Practitioner Diploma Course consists of 4 modules which are taught one weekend per month. Saturday: 10.00am – 5.00pm and Sunday 9.00am – 4.00pm.
Overview: Teachings start to combine the theoretical and practical applications of Clinical Qigong into evaluating and prescribing treatment plans for patients. Advanced Shengong is taught along with the treatment protocol for you, the clinical environment and your patient. Contra-indications, consultation sheets, patient advice are discussed in detail so that each student can confidently set up their own business, or integrate Clinical Qigong Therapy with an existing business. Cultivation and protection meditations will be taught on a regular basis. In addition, Hand Mudras are taught along with Five Couch Work treatment protocols where you will balance and harmonise the Kidney, Liver, Heart, Spleen and Lung. Business models will be discussed at length so that you will be able to market your service successfully. The emphasis in this course is you as a Clinical Qigong PRACTITIONER in a clinical setting.

This is not a recreational type of course. If you are a healthcare practitioner this course is recognised as a CPD course.
License to Practice and Qualification: you will be permitted to use Clinical Qigong in a clinical setting by evaluating and prescribing Clinical Qigong techniques to your patients, including couch work and Qi work. This qualification will not permit you to teach individuals to be Clinical Qigong or Qigong Practitioners, Instructors or Teachers.
You will be required to submit evidence of Anatomy & Physiology or patho-physiology to at least a Diploma level. If you already have a degree in health care, this will suffice.
Upon completion of the Clinical Qigong Diploma course, you will be legible to obtain insurance. Equally, previous students have obtained insurance through the British Acupuncture Council, Acupuncture Society and the Federation of Holistic Therapists.
