We have over 20 Qigong exercises to offer you. However, starting with the basics with our Pull Down the Heavens and Swaying (Daoist Five Yang) Qigong is best. Completing the two Qigong sets is required before progressing to the Golden Ball or Daoist Five Yin Instructor Qigong training.
